Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and balancing registers at shift end Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries Conduct product demos when applicable to enhance customer engagement and promote sales Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist in merchandising efforts to ensure the store remains inviting and well-organized Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via online communication channels Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking and inventory counts to support store operations Engage customers with retail store product knowledge and promote current promotions or sales Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership roles Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations required Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash drawers confidently Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued to serve diverse customers effectively Knowledge of retail math, merchandising, and product knowledge enhances performance in this role Ability to perform cashier duties efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service in a lively environment Prior experience with upselling techniques and product demos is advantageous Must demonstrate professionalism with good phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills Join us to be part of a team that values energetic service, clear communication, and a passion for retail excellence.
