Overview Join our team as a Fun Nation Action Park team member, where you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers! You will be the face of our park, engaging with customers, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring that the floor is vibrant and the kids are playing safely. Your enthusiasm and commitment to customer service will help foster a welcoming environment and fun atmosphere. What you'll do Greet customers warmly and assist them by answering questions and providing any information they need Operate the attractions in the park (Virtual Reality, Bumper Cars, Climbing, Ropes Course) Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions while ensuring accurate cash handling. Maintain an organized and visually appealing display through effective merchandising and stocking practices. Host and manage birthday parties Clean party rooms and attractions Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory management, ensuring accuracy in retail math calculations. Foster a positive experience by delivering outstanding customer service at all times. Basic qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Preferred qualifications Previous supervisory experience is beneficial for leading a team effectively.
