As a Recreation Lead, you will support the team at Niagara Falls State Park in planning and coordinating activities for our guests. Lead attraction operations by coordinating ticket scanning, monitoring guest flow, and assisting with attraction setup to ensure a seamless guest experience. Provide outstanding customer service at the ticket desk, including selling tickets and assisting guest. Scan tickets and help with attraction setup Oversee and perform opening and closing cleaning duties for attractions Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information Monitor activities to ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures; address or escalate issues as needed Clean and inspect equipment after each use, following proper protocols More about you Previous customer service experience required Supervisory experience preferred Strong attention to safety and ability to identify and correct hazards Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions within company guidelines Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service at all times Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
