As the face of our front counter, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily transactions with accuracy, and ensuring our guests leave with a great impression.

Customer Service:

Warmly greet incoming guests, answer questions about menu items or store products, and assist customers with their selections.

Order Processing & Cash Handling:

Accurately enter orders into the POS system, process cash, card, and digital payments, and give correct change.

Counter & Register Operations:

Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of assigned shifts following company procedures.

Cleanliness & Maintenance:

Keep the front counter, register area, and customer seating/waiting areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Teamwork:

Work closely with kitchen staff and team members to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.

Quality Control:

Handle customer feedback or minor complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary. Flexible schedule (ability to work morning, evening, weekend, or holiday shifts as needed).

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
