The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, taking and expediting orders, preparing drinks and smoothies, and ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness. Duties Greet and engage with customers in a positive and professional manner Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve drinks, smoothies, and other menu items according to company standards Expedite orders and ensure timely delivery to customers Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service Handle cash and process transactions with accuracy Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies as needed Requirements Previous experience in a fast food or customer service environment is preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and cash registers Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
