The Oakland Nursery Dublin Location is a growing division of a growing local company.

• Requirements/Job Description We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to provide excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. In this role, you will be the face of our store, greeting customers, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

The applicant should expect to work on weekends and evenings. Oakland Nursery is a store heavily influenced by the seasons. During peak seasons, applicants can work overtime. Peak seasons are typically mid-April through mid-June, September through October, and mid-November through the third week of December. Summary Responsibilities and Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with checkout needs Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process cash, debit, and credit card transactions Scan items, bag purchases, and issue accurate change or receipts Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
