Overview The Cashier & Attendant is the face of our business: the first and last person every customer sees. This role runs the front counter, handles payments, and keeps every garment accounted for from drop-off to pickup. We are looking for someone warm, organized, and dependable who takes pride in getting the details right, because every item that comes across the counter belongs to someone who is trusting us with it. Duties Greet customers warmly, explain services and pricing, and answer phone calls about order status Qualifications Receive, count, and inspect garments; note stains, damage, and special instructions on the ticket Ring up orders and process payments in the Clover POS; open and close the cash drawer accurately Tag, bag, and sort finished orders, and check each against its ticket at pickup Document customer concerns and escalate issues to the Store Manager Keep the counter and lobby clean, restock supplies, and help with light production tasks when slow

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
