Position Introduction:
Providing customer service to the members of the Murray Case Sells Swim Complex. Serves as the first point of contact, responsible for greeting patrons, processing admission fees via POS systems, managing cash drawers, and answering inquiries about facility hours, rates, and programs. This role ensures a welcoming environment, keeps the front desk area clean, and completes other duties as assigned. Assisting with emergency procedures, which may include clearing the front desk area, following emergency action plans, and reporting incidents.
Required Education and Experience:
Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status. Must attach Fall OU class schedule
Skills:
Must be able to swim a minimum of 300 yards using the front crawl and breaststroke Surface dive to a depth of between nine and thirteen feet of water to retrieve a ten-pound brick and exit the pool unassisted without using the ladder
Required Certifications and Licenses:
Current Lifeguard certification Current CPR for Lifeguards or CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer certification Current First-Aid certification
