Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticket Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling tickets and providing excellent customer service to our guests. If you have a passion for events, enjoy working with people, and have experience in sales or customer service, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Sell tickets to customers in person or over the phone
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Assist guests with selecting the best ticket options for their needs
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized ticket sales area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during events
- Promote upcoming events and special offers to customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in ticket sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong conflict management abilities to handle difficult situations with customers
