As a Cashier, you will manage cash register operations and contribute to a positive shopping experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's purchase experience Manage cash drawer handling with precision, ensuring balanced registers at shift end Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing products to maintain an attractive store environment Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management by participating in stock counts and product replenishment efforts
