We are seeking four dedicated interpreters who are passionate about fostering accessible education in K-12 settings. This full-time, onsite position focuses on delivering high-quality interpreting services to students across several locations, ensuring every learner has the communication support they need to thrive.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Oregon Sign Language Interpreter Certification or Licensure is required Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in educational settings Strong ASL proficiency and commitment to clear, effective communication Ability to collaborate with general and special education staff, students, and families Professionalism and a positive, adaptable attitude in dynamic environments

Role Responsibilities:

Provide sign language interpreting services in classrooms and school activities for students who are deaf or hard of hearing Support individual student needs across a range of grade levels and subject areas Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other staff to ensure accessibility and inclusion Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards Participate in team meetings and trainings as needed throughout the contract period
