Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Scan and bag items for customers
• Process returns and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Promote store loyalty programs and upsell additional products or services
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to sell products and upsell to customers
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is desirable
