Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cashier and Fuel Attendant, where you will be the friendly face that greets customers and ensures smooth transactions at our retail fuel station. Your energetic approach will help create a positive shopping experience, assist customers with their needs, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fueling area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop retail sales skills, enhance customer service expertise, and be an essential part of our fast-paced environment. Duties Operate cash register systems (POS) accurately to process retail sales transactions, including fuel purchases and store items Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product selections Upsell products and services through product demos and friendly recommendations to maximize sales opportunities Handle cash drawer operations with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the retail area is clean, safe, and well-maintained Conduct product demos to educate customers about new or featured items, enhancing their shopping experience Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing information to customers remotely Requirements Previous cashiering experience with proficiency in cash register operations and retail math skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings (if applicable) Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in managing shifts or team members Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for retail transactions and cash balancing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and inventory stocking practices Join us if you're energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding service!
