JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing cash service needs of the cage and casino staff, while ensuring accuracy of documentation and cash/chip flow for designated banks.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: Ensure internal guest satisfaction, by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service. Adhere to strict regulatory standards and procedures. Accurately verify and exchange chips, slot tickets, and cash with employees. Issues keys according to policy. Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc. Flexible and able to adapt to operational changes, schedules, job assignments, procedures, etc. Promptly report suspicious activity or concerns to the supervisor or manager. Promotes a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Please quickly address safety threats and report all concerns to the supervisor. Ensure that equipment, tools, and materials are operated safely. Participate and attend designated meetings, training, and activities as directed. Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior. Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or cage manager.

SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
: None.
SIGNATORY ABILITY
: Keys to Vault Cashier drawer. Key log and key distribution to authorized users. Requests for fills and credits. Slot paper inventory and issue.
ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS
: Cage and vault. Soft count.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: Minimum one (1) year of cashier/cash handling experience. High School Diploma/GED or Ten (10) years of experience. Detail-oriented, good with numbers and money, and possess legible handwriting skills. Physically fit - Will stand for long periods in a noisy environment; perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers; lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs. Effective communication skills - verbally instructs, responds to questions, and has exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities. Exhibits a professional and positive demeanor and appearance. Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance. Must be at least 21 years of age. High Security Badge
