Job Summary Bra Spectrum is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Cashier to join the retail team. The ideal candidate will assist guests at checkout, process payments accurately, answer product and transaction questions, maintain an organized sales area, and support smooth day-to-day retail operations. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service Operate the POS system and process cash, credit, and debit payments accurately Provide receipts and ensure transaction details are correct Assist guests with product questions and direct them to appropriate merchandise Maintain an organized and professional checkout area Assist with merchandise displays, tagging, and product organization Restock products and supplies as needed Check pricing and product information for accuracy Handle returns, exchanges, and other transactions according to company policies Maintain accurate cash drawer and report discrepancies to management Assist with inventory counts and merchandise organization when required Answer phone calls and assist with general store inquiries as needed Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized retail environment Handle guest requests and concerns in a polite and professional manner Follow company policies and workplace safety procedures Support team members during busy periods Perform other retail duties assigned by management Requirements Previous cashier, retail, sales, or customer-service experience preferred but not required Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic cash-handling and POS experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and transaction accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to maintain professionalism when handling guest questions or concerns Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Skills Retail cashier or sales experience Experience using POS and payment systems Strong cash-handling and transaction-reconciliation skills Excellent guest-service and interpersonal skills Good organization and time-management skills Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team Interest in fashion, apparel, or retail products Benefits Benefits may vary based on position, location, employment status, and eligibility.
