In this fast-paced role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, takes their orders, and ensures they have a positive experience. We need customer service talent that will help create a welcoming environment. This position offers a consistent schedule, great tips you can cash out same day, and a free meal while you work. Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders at the counter or table Operate POS systems, TOAST, for sales transactions and cash register operations Prepare slices for customers Manage customer orders efficiently using food service customer order management systems to ensure quick service Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness protocols including wiping down glass windows, cleaning tables, and cleaning bathrooms Complete side work such as silverware wraps, filling napkins, filling seasoning shakers, restocking, and organizing you space Process cash transactions accurately while handling cash register operations and processing cash handling tasks (must know coins vaule) Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems, specifially TOAST is required; must be good with computers Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Must be able and willing to learn our menu Listen and follow directions Able to work well with others and give direction as necessary Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Food industry or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential This role is perfect for motivated individuals.
