Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a friendly, professional manner Process customer transactions accurately using cash handling and basic math skills Manage laundry and dry cleaning drop-offs and pick-ups, ensuring timely service completion Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, including organizing supplies and tidying workspaces Operate cash registers and handle cashiering duties with precision and integrity Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address customer needs Support the overall cleanliness of the facility through light cleaning tasks as needed Experience Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with dry cleaning, laundry services, or customer service roles is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling transactions and maintaining cleanliness Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately Experience with cashiering or cash handling procedures is preferred Excellent communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build their hospitality experience in a fast-paced, friendly setting.
