Job Description
Big Boy's Cheesesteak is looking for a dependable, professional, and team-oriented Counter Staff Member to join our restaurant team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing friendly customer service, works well with others, and is willing to contribute to a positive, respectful, family-oriented work environment. Our goal is to build a team where everyone works together, supports one another, and takes pride in the work we do. Position Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Handle counter responsibilities and assist with daily restaurant operations Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate and work effectively with the rest of the team Follow restaurant procedures and instructions Assist with additional duties as needed Training and specific job duties will be explained during the hiring process. Qualifications Previous restaurant, counter, cashier, or customer-service experience is preferred Must be dependable, responsible, and punctual Must have a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team Must be comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment Strong communication and customer-service skills are a plus Willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential Availability Evening and overnight availability is required. The general availability needed is 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM.Shifts may be divided within this time range, so applicants should be available to work shifts scheduled around these hours.
