Provide Customer Service:

Assist customers with the selection and availability of merchandise. Service customers in a timely and friendly manner. Greet, interact and monitor customers. Remain familiar with product knowledge, including beer & malt liquors. Assist in

Shop Presentation:

Keep items stocked and displayed in an organized manner. Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting and cleaning shelves, shop, and merchandise. Keep exterior and parking lot accessible to customers and presentable. Handle the

Register:

Ring up items accurately and familiarize self with POS system. Count and handle money for opening and closing the drawers, while keeping accurate records. Handle cash for transactions and provide appropriate change, refunds, charges, etc.

Inventory Management:

Ability to lift heavy (30 lbs) objects and operate machinery, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (forklift certification a plus).

Phone Operation:

Record delivery orders over the phone quickly and accurately, while gathering all information necessary. Process payment and answer questions.

Product Deliveries:

Deliver orders on time, handle transactions, and speak with customers directly. Have a safe driving background, company vehicle and insurance provided.

BIG PLUSES

Experience in retail, food/bev industry, or warehouse work. Forklift certification. Driving/delivery experience. Familiar with the local area (15202). Or have a passion for beer!
