Counter Person / Customer Service Team Member Gentili's Pizza & Steaks is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking person to join our team! We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time Counter Person positions at our busy pizza shop. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, stays busy, and takes pride in doing a great job. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Take phone and in-person orders accurately Handle cash and credit card transactions Help keep the front counter and dining area clean and organized Assist with food preparation and other tasks as needed Work closely with the rest of our team to provide excellent service What We're Looking For A great attitude and positive personality Strong work ethic and reliability Excellent customer service skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Someone who is dependable, punctual, and takes initiative Ability to communicate clearly and work well as part of a team Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person We are looking for someone who will show up, work hard, treat customers well, and become a valuable part of our team.
