Responsibilities Operate cash registers accurately, handling retail sales transactions with precision and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product demos when needed Manage cash drawer handling, ensuring proper cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain an organized and inviting store environment Assist with inventory management, including stocking new products and conducting stock checks Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or coordinating store activities Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and following visual standards Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering, preferably in grocery or retail stores with POS (Point of Sale) systems Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively Proficiency in POS systems, cash register operations, and basic math for accurate cash handling and transactions Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and inventory management techniques Experience with grocery store operations or retail math for quick calculations during checkout Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a welcoming shopping environment Join us to become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while developing your skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
