Job Description
Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation, ensuring that each delivery experience meets our high standards of quality. You will also be expected to assist with product demonstrations and engage in upselling opportunities during your interactions. Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any changes to their orders. Conduct product demonstrations as needed, showcasing features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction. Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling additional products during deliveries. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of sales and deliveries. Supervise the loading and unloading of products, ensuring proper stock management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately. Familiarity with product demos and upselling techniques is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
