Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products, ensuring they are secure during transit. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including product counts and customer signatures. Provide product demonstrations and assist customers with inquiries during deliveries. Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling products during deliveries. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Qualifications Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role is preferred. Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus. Experience with sales techniques and product demonstrations is advantageous. Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy packages as needed during deliveries.
