Purple Ape is looking for motivated energetic and responsible people no experience needed for cashers in the store part time and full time positions available and help with our newest addition next door to Purple Ape is Purple Ape Escape is an vacation apartment resort. House Keepers apply !!!! Summary As a Cashier/Customer Service representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. This role involves handling cash transactions, operating the cash register, and assisting customers with their inquiries. With core skills in retail sales, basic math, and effective communication, you will contribute to a welcoming shopping environment. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in retail. Qualifications Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions Experience with cash register is a plus but not required Ability to stock shelves and assist with merchandising Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment No prior experience required; training will be provided Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and processing transactions accurately. Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure a well-organized store environment.
