Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with their orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Manage food preparation tasks in collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining food safety standards. Operate cash registers, process retail sales transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately, and issue receipts. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, dining areas, and food prep stations, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations. Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and sanitation duties as needed to support overall restaurant operations. Use time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while ensuring excellent customer service remains consistent. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential. Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food safety management, and operating kitchen equipment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
