As a Cashier, you'll be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant. You will:

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude Take guest orders accurately and efficiently Operate the point-of-sale system and process cash, credit card, and other approved payments Provide accurate change and follow proper cash-handling procedures Answer guest questions about menu items and assist with order selections Accurately enter special requests and modifications Verify orders for accuracy before they are provided to guests Work front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and other guest-service positions as assigned Communicate clearly with kitchen and service team members to ensure accurate and timely orders Prepare and serve beverages, frozen custard, and other menu items as assigned Follow Freddy's standards for guest service, hospitality, and product presentation Maintain a clean and organized front counter, dining room, beverage, and service areas Clean tables, counters, equipment, floors, and other restaurant areas as assigned Restock cups, lids, condiments, napkins, and other supplies throughout the shift Follow all food safety, sanitation, handwashing, and personal hygiene procedures Immediately communicate food safety, equipment, guest, or operational concerns to restaurant leadership Handle guest concerns professionally and involve restaurant leadership when appropriate Follow opening, closing, and shift-change proce Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers® was co-founded in 2002 by brothers Bill and Randy Simon with their friend and business partner, Scott Redler.
