HoneyBaked Ham Summerville is looking for a dependable individual who can provide a remarkable experience for our guests while working as a team player. Responsibilities:

Food preparation for walk-in customers and catering clients including, but not limited to making sandwiches and sides Loading and unloading inventory and catering orders and light to moderate physical activity in back of house Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized work environment Provide product information to customers and offer recommendations Upsell products to increase sales revenue Follow food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Follow proper policies and procedures Focus on speed of service and sense of urgency

Skills:

Punctual, dependable and motivated Knowledge of food safety practices Familiarity with POS systems for transactions Proficiency in retail math for handling cash transactions Ability to upsell products effectively Experience with cash register operations Culinary knowledge is a plus Sales skills to promote products and increase revenue Excellent time management abilities Prior experience in food service is required
