Job Description

We are looking for Cashiers / Dessert Builders for our

CLARKSVILLE

location. We are looking to hire an energetic, hardworking, and outgoing individual to be a Cashier, Dessert builder, and Prep or Cobblerrista as we call them. We have Part time and Full Time positions available! The job duties of Cobbleristas are as follows: Performing Opening/Closing Procedures Taking Orders from Customers Utilizing POS and KDS technology Welcoming all Guests into the store Preparing all products for sale Prepping Tour orders Keeping workstation clean and free of clutter Solving issues as they arise Informing Management of potential/current issues Baking and preparing all products sold in-store Understanding and learning recipes Performing daily/weekly cleaning procedures Communicating with staff and management about inventory and stock of product Using kind and positive words and phrases with staff and customers Advertising new products to customers Upselling products to customers Cobblerristas will need to be able to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs, bend and stand while carrying items and products. Open availability is preferred, but we are aiming for evening and weekend availability.

Benefits:

Tips and Hourly rates average about $14-$16 an hour Wages begin at $13/hour Positions for promotion within the company are available Employee discount Must be able to work nights and weekends. We can't wait for you to be a part of the team!
