GO USA Fun Park The Role Go USA Fun Park is seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-focused team members to serve as Cashiers/ Floor Attendants. These team members help create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for every guest visiting the park. They assist guests with game cards, attractions, prize redemption, and maintain a clean and organized facility. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced entertainment environment. What You'll Do Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and assisting them throughout the facility. Operate the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system to sell game cards, attraction passes, and merchandise while maintaining accurate cash drawer balances. Assist guests with purchasing, reloading, and troubleshooting arcade game cards. Explain Park attractions, pricing options, promotions, and game rules to guests. Assist guests with redeeming tickets or digital points for prizes and maintain organized prize displays. Monitor arcade games and attractions to ensure they are functioning properly and report issues to maintenance. Operate the MaxFlight Simulator by explaining safety procedures, loading riders, monitoring ride operations, and ensuring all safety guidelines are followed. Maintain cleanliness of arcade floors, counters, attractions, and surrounding guest areas. Work cooperatively with other team members to support park operations and guest experience. Assist with opening and closing duties assigned by management. What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast‑paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems. Ability to interact positively with guests of all ages. Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends. Ability to follow oral or written instructions and perform duties as assigned. Physical Demands (must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation) Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Regular bending, reaching, and light lifting. Ability to move quickly throughout the facility to assist guests. Environmental Conditions Site environments may include loud arcade noise, busy guest areas, and varying workstations. Employees may stand on concrete surfaces for long periods of time. Work may involve both indoor and outdoor areas of the park depending on operational needs.
