Car Wash Cashier

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Car Wash Cashier to join our team. The Car Wash Cashier will be responsible for processing customer payments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth transactions at our car wash facility.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or POS systems. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our services and pricing. Assist customers with selecting appropriate car wash packages and add-on services. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and lobby area. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service delivery. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers or POS systems. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
