Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner. Understand their needs and provide expert advice on our products to ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
Sales Excellence:
- Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge and upselling additional items. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with our inventory, including new arrivals and promotions. product features and benefits with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Merchandising:
- Assist in maintaining an attractive and orderly store environment. Restock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are presented professionally.
Transactions:
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely.
Problem Resolution:
- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously. Strive to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, supportive environment. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for store improvement.
Inventory Management:
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and receiving shipments. Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled.
Store Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store. Follow safety guidelines to ensure a secure shopping environment for customers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
