Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take customer orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and clarity Prepare and serve food items following safety standards and company procedures Manage food service customer orders, including upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and food handling protocols Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation tasks Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with precision Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting overall restaurant sanitation efforts Support food safety management practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food handling skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cashiering Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and professionally Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining cleanliness standards Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations Previous experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or café operations is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards within the food industry Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
