Sugarboy Donuts Team Member We're a local, family-owned donut shop that believes in growing together. We're looking for someone ready to join our team and grow with us. What You'll Do Greet and serve customers with a friendly, professional attitude Ring up orders and process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately Decorate donuts and prepare special icings/creams Make smoothies, coffees, refreshers, and teas Prepare breakfast items Keep the register area, kitchen, and store clean and organized Restock merchandise and manage inventory Handle delivery tablets (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) Open and/or close the store Run occasional supply errands Train and support newer cashiers as needed Resolve customer concerns professionally What We're Looking For Reliable, organized, and able to manage register duties independently Good time management — able to prioritize and stay on schedule Comfortable communicating in English (verbal and written) Able to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the shift Schedule 4-6 days/week, 5:00 AM-1:00 PM Exact hours vary by individual Pay & Training Training pay: $7.25/hr — must pass an evaluation (materials provided at start of training) Once trained, pay increases to regular hourly rate Hiring Process 1. 15-minute phone interview 2. 30-minute in-person interview Additional details discussed during the interview.
