Job Description

Summary of Position ADC Attendant is responsible for accepting, pre-sorting and loading donated goods at various Attended Donation Centers while providing exceptional customer service to our Donors. Role and Responsibilities Open and close the store location and ensures all doors, money and credit card receipts are secured. Provide excellent customer service to Donors Accept, presort and place donations in proper containers. Maintains stock in store by removing books from shelves as needed •applicable stores only. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Accurately record the donations on the donation count list. Accurately complete store report and report sales daily. Verifies accuracy of the truck/trailer seals on doors and equipment manifest. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in English and basic math skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Hands on experience with POS transactions. Physical Requirements Ability to work in both a climate and non-climate-controlled facility. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear. The ability to cope with and tolerate moderate levels of stress is also a necessity.
