Work Schedule:
Approximately 15-20/week Flexible days & times available
Monday-Friday Shift Times:
5:15am-8:30am 10:45am-1:30pm 5:15pm-8:00pm
Saturday/Sunday Shift Times:
11:15am-2:45pm 2:45pm-7:00pm Special event schedules & Saturday/Sunday hours my vary depending on time of year.
Hiring Pay Rate:
$10.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Greets patrons as they enter the facility. Accepts admission fees and operates a cash register to receive money and provide change to patrons; accounts for all existing working cash assigned and revenues generated during scheduled shift. Processes course registrations, pool reservations, and pool passes. Provides information to patrons at the facility and on the phone. Communicates and enforces pool rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner to patrons. Records and processes course registrations, pool reservations, passes, and daily admission fees. Completes all required reports and records accurately and on schedule, and submits/deposits such records to the proper person or office. Responds quickly to all emergency situations as needed. Facilitates the timely and effective resolution of patron complaints. Maintains a clean and neat work area. Continually practices safe work habits and alerts management about safety and other workplace concerns. Responds quickly to all emergency situations as needed. Reports for duty at the times specified and ensures a high standard of personal presentation and appearance is maintained at all times. Observes and advises about all rules and regulations of the facility. Performs related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age. Experience dealing with the public and/or experience managing a cash drawer is a plus, but not required.
