Duties Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and process transactions efficiently at the cash register Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions about vehicle cleaning services and detailing options Perform thorough car washes, including exterior cleaning, and handwashing. Conduct detailed interior cleaning such as vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing vehicle cabins Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including detailing bays and customer waiting zones, adhering to safety standards Operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly while ensuring high-quality results on every vehicle Assist with janitorial duties or custodial tasks to keep the facility organized and welcoming Skills Proven experience in customer service or retail environments with excellent communication skills Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality workmanship Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks comfortably Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus for maintaining a clean workspace Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for occasional vehicle movement or errands This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for cars with your commitment to providing top-tier customer experiences.
