We're a locally operated Shell gas station committed to providing friendly, reliable service to our community. We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team and help ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience.

Position Summary:

As a Cashier , you'll be the face of our station — greeting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. You'll assist with fuel sales, convenience store items, and daily operations to keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with purchases and inquiries Operate the register and process transactions accurately Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments responsibly Restock shelves and maintain product displays Keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized Monitor fuel pumps and provide assistance when needed Follow safety, security, and company procedures Support with opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required) Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently Basic math and computer skills Strong communication and people skills Must be 18 years or older Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, holidays)
