Pay:

$11-$12 per hour + tips (potential to earn $20+ per hour) Texas Crawfish Company is hiring friendly, dependable Cashiers for our Conroe location! We're looking for team members who enjoy working with people, can handle a fast-paced environment, and are committed to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and accurately take orders using our Square POS system. Process cash and card payments. Answer customer questions about menu items and specials. Keep the register, dining area, and customer service stations clean and organized. Restock supplies and assist with general restaurant duties. Work with team members to ensure orders are accurate and customers receive great service. Handle customer concerns professionally. Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment. Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system. Ability to stand for extended periods. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits $11-12 per hour, based on experience. Additional tips with potential total earnings of $20+ per hour.
