Duties Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences Manage cash register operations using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and food orders Prepare and serve high-quality donuts and related food items, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations Assist customers with their orders, upselling products to maximize sales opportunities while delivering friendly service Maintain a clean workspace by organizing supplies, sanitizing equipment, and ensuring the kitchen meets sanitation standards Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance on food preparation, customer service, and cash handling procedures Process cash transactions accurately, manage register balances, and handle customer inquiries efficiently Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support quick service needs in a fast-food environment Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating restocking efforts Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants preferred; food industry experience highly valued Proven skills in cash handling, POS systems operation (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and retail sales transactions Strong background in food preparation, food safety management, sanitation practices, and kitchen operations Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently Experience supervising or leading teams in a retail or restaurant environment is a plus Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering delicious donuts with exceptional service!
