Department Fiscal Services Position Type Non-Exempt Employment Status Part-Time Salary Minimum - $11.12 Open Date 11/12/2025 Close Date Open Until Filled No Position Summary Information Job Description Summary The purpose of this position is to receive payments of all types from students, employees and the general public. This is accomplished by providing information, both on the telephone and in person, handling monetary transactions, offering assistance and providing direction. Other duties include processing deposits and preparing reports on daily transactions. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent. Six (6) months of experience in cashiering. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Work requires knowledge necessary to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes. Detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy maintaining records. Strong customer service skills. Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with students, faculty, staff, and public.
