Job Description
NRS is a fast growing, 37 year old, family-owned, retail company dedicated to supplying quality products to western and equine enthusiasts. We sell "All Things Western", including everything from cowboy boots, hats and clothing, to saddles and tack, to horse trailers and feed (www.nrsworld.com). Part time help needed requiring days, nights and weekends. Must be available for at least 5 hour increments. Must be friendly and personable Answering incoming calls. Answer question about new product and services Assist customers in placing orders Accurate computer skills Ability to resolve customer issues Comfortable working with, and learning new computer systems/programs and processes. Greet customers. Maintain neat appearance. Operate register. Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
