Handle cash register operations including cash handling, cash drawer management, and basic math calculations for transactions. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, maintaining professionalism at all times. Engage customers with bilingual communication skills to serve diverse populations effectively. Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments where retail math and cash register operations are essential. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations required for accurate transactions. Experience in supervising or leading team members is a plus, demonstrating leadership qualities in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members alike.
