Job Characteristics Front and Drive Cashier:
- Pleasantly greet customers and ensure that they are satisfied each time they visit our stores. Keeping customers happy will keep them eager to come back!
- Provide contagious smiles and pleasant attitudes.
- Answer questions about the menu, take orders efficiently, collect payment, give appropriate change, issue receipts and give the customer a positive experience while they check out.
- Assist with other duties that may be assigned by management such as cleaning and organizing.
Qualifications :
- Prefer open availability schedules (including weekends).
- Must be 18 years of age, 16 years old for drive-thru cashier.
- Able to stand or walk for periods of up to 4 hours.
- Must have good communication skills with customers and management.
- Must be able to take orders and repeat them back to the customer.
- Must be able to carry up to 40 lbs unassisted and over40 lbs with the assistance of another employee.
