JOB DUTIES

Prepares food and beverage to company standard Knows and understands the menu offerings Takes orders at the drive-thru and front counter, and handles payments Provide excellent guest satisfaction, focusing on product quality and timely service Balances accuracy with speed to provide exceptional service Organizes and maintains stockroom, refrigerated and pantry areas Maintains a clean and organized workstation Communicates effectively with managers and co-workers Anticipates and understands guests' needs and exceed their expectations Receives and processes online, phone, and in person orders (including Baskin Robbins cakes)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
