Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling, product inquiries, and store needs with a positive attitude Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash, credit, and debit transactions Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting Conduct product demos or promote special offers to upsell items and increase sales Handle cash handling procedures with precision and maintain accurate cash register balances Maintain knowledge of store products to assist customers effectively and answer questions Follow phone etiquette standards when taking orders or answering customer inquiries over the phone Requirements Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery or convenience stores Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Supervising experience is advantageous for potential leadership opportunities Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos enhances customer engagement This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to deliver outstanding service in a lively retail environment.
