You'll be expected to: Process cash, card, and contactless payments Use the register and POS system Greet and assist customers Check prices and respond to basic questions Issue receipts and provide correct change Keep the checkout area clean and stocked Follow procedures for refunds and payment issues Report register discrepancies when necessary Assist other team members during quieter periods What We Need You should be comfortable working with customers and handling transactions accurately. Basic computer skills are useful, as you'll be trained to use our register and store systems. We're also looking for someone who: Arrives on time and is dependable Communicates clearly with customers and coworkers Can work at a steady pace when the store is busy Pays attention when handling money Is comfortable standing for extended periods Can follow store procedures and instructions Applications are reviewed as they are received.
