Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging sales Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an attractive store layout Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items or upgrades Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers Ability to perform cashier duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and managing receipts Knowledge of grocery store operations or experience working in a grocery environment is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise, and perform stocking duties as needed Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable shopping experiences!
