- Multiple Positions Available New Spec's Retail Store Opening Soon! Spec's Wines, Spirits, and Finer Foods, a Texas-based, family-owned company that provides exceptional guest service, great prices, and an extensive selection of products in a fun and exciting environment, is excited to announce the upcoming opening of a new retail location, offering multiple positions. We are in search of motivated, dynamic, energetic and guest-focused individuals who are ready to help build a great shopping experience for our community. Interviews are being held now at other Spec's locations, including Prosper and McKinney locations where new team members will also train before the new store location opens.

Available Positions:

Cashier / Front End Associate - $13 p/h

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide outstanding service Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately Verify customer age and comply with all alcohol sales/ TABC regulations Assist with product inquiries and store promotions Maintain a clean, organized checkout area

Qualifications:

Customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 21 years old and TABC certified Stocker / Inventory Associate - $13 p/h

Responsibilities:

Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stock levels Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability Assist in receiving, unloading, and stocking newly received merchandise Organize shelves, displays, and storage areas Monitor inventory levels and report shortages Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards Assist customers in locating products when needed

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and move merchandise regularly Be able to lift heavy objects and merchandise Strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable work ethic Retail or warehouse experience is a plus Must be at least 21 years old and TABC certified As a Spec's team member you must: Be dependable, professional, and customer-focused Be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team Join our team as we prepare to open our doors to serve the community with quality products and exceptional service.
