Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations
• Process payments using point-of-sale systems, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Ensure order accuracy and verify customer requests
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counter, registers, and dining space
• Assist with restocking supplies and condiments
• Support team members in delivering excellent customer service
