•We're currently prioritizing candidates who are available Wednesday- Saturday, 11am to 7pm.

•We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service or retail, with strong skills in cash handling and customer service. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cashier area and dining space according to health regulations. Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during peak hours while maintaining accuracy. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant or retail environment. Requirements Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or retail setting is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist with inventory management and sales tracking. Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus. Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
